Abstract
The article presents a critical edition, with translation and commentary, of five arithmetical texts redacted by Demetrios Kydones and Isaak Argyros a reconstruction of the genesis of the small corpus comprising these texts is also provided. The relationships between the manuscript witnesses are discussed in a broad perspective, supported by a non-critical edition of some short texts of mathematical or astronomical character they contain.
