This blog is under the title “The financier of the social development of the south-west region and was developed in the subject ‘local and regional development” taught by the Profesor Dr. José Luiz Luzón Benedicto, professor of the geography and history college from Barcelona University in the course of doctorate “Planificación Territorial y Gestión Ambiental” in covenant with the Estadual University of South-west Bahia, UESB and Barcelona University-UB. The unknown by the public entities, private and others social sectors of the existent resources near the financier organs from the municipal, estadual and federal espheres, institutes or foundations, as well as the way to obtain the finance of proposals/ projects thought the public calls, license, patronage or other ways of support, whose object is to develop an instrument of divulgation of the financier organs sites of proposals, publicizing the interests areas as a way of obtaining resources. This objective is still give visibility and estimulate the search of resources to projects to help the social development of the region, publicizing the electronic address of each organ to research to the interests in subject financiers proposals, estimulating the divulgation of intern and extern research of the interested entities building up coletive efforts to the contribution to the several segments glimmering proposals in partners, consciencizing mangers about the necessity of the specialization of people to elaborate proposals and obtaining the resources as legal demands.

Este blog sob o título de Financiadores do Desenvolvimento Social da Região Sudoeste foi desenvolvido na disciplina Desenvolvimento Local e Regional ministrada pelo Prof. Dr. José Luiz Luzón Benedicto, titular da Fac. Geografia e História da Universidade de Barcelona ao curso de Doutorado em “Planificación Territorial y Gestión Ambiental” em convênio com a Universidade Estadual do Sudoeste da Bahia - UESB e a Universidade de Barcelona -UB. Do desconhecimento por parte das entidades públicas, particulares e demais setores sociais dos recursos existentes junto aos diversos órgãos financiadores da esfera municipal, estadual ou federal, institutos ou fundações, bem como a forma de obtenção dos financiamentos de propostas/projetos através das chamadas públicas, editais, patrocínios ou outras formas de apoio, tem como objetivo desenvolver um instrumento de divulgação dos sites dos órgãos financiadores de propostas, divulgando as áreas de interesses bem como a forma de obtenção dos recursos. Objetiva ainda, dar visibilidade e estimular a busca de recursos para projetos em prol do desenvolvimento social da região, divulgando os endereços eletrônicos de cada órgão para pesquisas aos interessados em submeter propostas de financiamentos estimulando a divulgação ás pesquisas internas e externas das entidades interessadas, constituindo esforços coletivos na contribuição para os vários segmentos, vislumbrando propostas em parcerias, conscientizando gestores sobre a necessidade de se capacitar pessoas para elaboração de propostas e obtenção dos recursos conforme exigências legais.
